Withdraw from a Contract

If you have a statutory right of withdrawal on something you've purchased from us, here's how to use it.

Step 1 — Tell us

Email info@arkdefo.com with the subject line "Withdrawal Request," and include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The email address you used at purchase
• What you purchased

Step 2 — Confirm

We'll reply asking you to confirm the withdrawal. Once you confirm, we'll process it and send you written confirmation.

Please note: not everything is eligible for withdrawal. Custom-cut fabric and digital courses where you've confirmed instant access at checkout are not eligible, for the reasons explained in our [Returns & Refund Policy]. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, email us and we'll let you know.
