We hope you love your purchase.
Our deadstock fabric collection is an important part of our mission and we thank you for supporting us with your purchase. In buying deadstock, you understand that this is end of roll material that may have otherwise been dumped. There may be some blemishes, but we work to minimise them so it doesn’t affect your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept PayPal and most major card payments. All payment options will be available at the checkout.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the countries highlighted above.
Delivery costs have been shown based on a likely weight and package volumetric size. All shipping prices have been taken from our third party shipping partners. We monitor any fluctuations in price to ensure the best service for the customer.
EPR - EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY
The EU has been introducing tougher recycler legislation, with most member states signing up.
In most cases, there are recycling fees as part of our obligation for placing packaged "product" in your country. In our case, for cardboard or paper.
Some countries also charge us a fee for the fabric you buy.
Both these charges are to help support the recycling system within your country.
If we do not ship to you it is due to additional administrative charges, where there is a mandatory requirement set out by your country.
We are not currently in a position to cover these charges, but will continue to monitor this on an ongoing basis.
ORDER DISPATCH
Our available deadstock fabrics are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery can take up to 7 working days, depending on your geographical location and the delivery carrier. A tracking number will be issued to you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is ready and has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link. With this tracking number you will be able to track you parcel. A signature will be required as proof of receipt on delivery.

EU OSS FOR VAT
VAT within the EU is collected at the point of sale for B2C customers. If you are B2B, contact us with your VAT number.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
At the moment, as of December 2025, our shipping of physical products is to the countries noted in our shipping table.
EU countries have been selected based on their current Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements.
We continue to assess other markets and will add them when we are in a position to do so.
Refer to our Shipping Costs for further information.
SALES TO THE EU
VAT
VAT will be applied on sales to other EU countries unless the buyer is a VAT-registered business (B2B) and provides a valid VAT number. In that case, the sale is generally zero-rated for VAT in Portugal, and the buyer accounts for VAT locally under the reverse-charge mechanism.
For sales to non-VAT-registered customers (B2C), VAT is charged at the point of sale in accordance with EU distance-selling rules.
IMPORT DUTY
There are no customs duties on products shipped from Portugal to other EU member states, as this constitutes internal trade within the EU Single Market.
SALES TO THE UK
VAT
Since Brexit, shipments to the UK are treated as exports. Import VAT is applied by the UK at the border, not at the point of sale.

All UK shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
All import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are covered by us. No additional fees are payable on delivery.
SALES TO NORWAY
VAT
Norway is not part of the EU VAT area. Shipments to Norway are treated as exports. Norwegian VAT (Merverdiavgift, MVA) is applied at the point of import rather than at the point of sale.
IMPORT DUTY
All shipments to Norway are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
All import duties, VAT (MVA), and customs clearance charges are covered by us.
No additional fees are payable on delivery.
SALES TO SWITZERLAND
VAT
Switzerland is not part of the EU VAT area. Shipments to Switzerland are treated as exports. Swiss VAT (Mehrwertsteuer / TVA / IVA) is applied at the point of import rather than at the point of sale.
IMPORT DUTY
All shipments to Switzerland are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
All import duties, VAT, and customs clearance charges are covered by us.
No additional fees are payable on delivery.
SALES TO THE US
All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
All import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are covered by us. No additional fees are payable on delivery.
SALES TO CANADA
All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
All import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges are covered by us. No additional fees are payable on delivery.
