Withdraw from a Contract
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to Arkdefo custom-cut fabrics, because during checkout you:

were made aware that custom-cut, cut to your order, is not included in the statutory right of withdrawal, and
-
acknowledged that you would lose your statutory right of withdrawal.
As a result, our custom-cut fabrics cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for this reason after purchase.
This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
